C-PACE Easy Financing for Energy improvements for Commercial & Multi-Family buildings

Adding Renewables & Energy Efficiency to your Multi-Family or Commercial Building through C-PACE

Presented by Paul Kriescher, Principal, Lightly Treading Energy & Design

Learn ways to secure financing for solar and energy-efficiency improvements to your existing commercial building or multi-family facility through the Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program. C-PACE allows you to pay back the investment through your property taxes while having your monthly operation costs, at worst, stay the same and most likely go-down. You will also learn how rebates through Xcel Energy and other utilities help reduce the costs of the energy-efficiency improvements to your building by 5 percent to more than 20 percent.
